Romans 7 has often been a go-to question for people exploring life in the New Man. However, if we take a deeper look at the context of this passage we find that it wasn’t written for us! It was written as a warning that this could become our life if we live by rules God didn’t create! Jesus came and set us free from living in the struggle caused by legalism. God wants us to experience our story the way HE has written it and He always gives us an invitation to holiness. The old has gone and the new has come. Our old man became dead to him the day we became a New Creation.
+ What about Romans 7 and how does it apply today?
+ What is the invitation that God is extending to us?
+ What do we do when an old man habit shows up?
