The armor of God protects us in every way. Understand it and use it with joyful intentionality.
There was no Roman armor for the back, because they were never meant to retreat.
"Who do You want to be for me, Lord?" is my belt of truth.
The revelation that HE is our righteousness is our breastplate. Without it, you'll be wounded by accusation.
The shield of faith comes from knowing you're the righteousness of God in Jesus. No condemnation.
Repentance is a privilege and becomes a joy to be forgiven.
Feet shod with the gospel of peace means we take every opportunity to walk in peace and rest.
So important to make ourselves vulnerable to the nature of God - because if you don't, you'll make yourself vulnerable to negatives by default.
Stress is a choice you make yourself. It's an inside job. No one makes us stressed. We choose stress.
We don't have a right to be offended or wounded. We have a right in Jesus to be healed.
Being Christlike is an enormous part of the battle. Stay in peace as a lifestyle. No stress. No anxiety.
If you find it easy to be offended, it means one thing: You don't have an adequate relationship with the Comforter.
The shield of faith allows you to challenge things. You know who you are in Christ. Fiery darts of accusation and offense are ineffective.
"If you need help justifying your negativity, the devil will give you his phone number."
In a 5 minute conversation with the Holy Spirit, He can show you where you've given the enemy a legitimate right to attack you.
Speaking the truth in love sets us free, not binds us to condemnation. If what's said doesn't set you free, discover the lie behind it. Truth builds people up into who they are in Christ, not calls them out on behavior.
Whatever the enemy attacks in an area God wants to strengthen and upgrade.
